Under the authority of the Director of the Bureau of Human Resources Management (HRM), the head of the Management Support and Coordination Unit (HRM/MSC) provides strategic advice, quality control and management support to the Director HRM and ensures the overall coordination of the development, implementation and monitoring of the approved policy and budget of HRM, as well as the Bureau’s communication with Sectors/Bureaux/Offices at UNESCO, with other agencies of the UN System and with external partners.
