UNESCO has open its call for competent, dynamic and flexible professionals with strong personal integrity, who are fair, impartial and respectful of cultural diversity. In addition, they must be able to think creatively, be proactive and responsive.
UNESCO has two categories of Professionals:
UNESCO employs professionals in the fields of: Education, Natural Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Culture, Communication and Information and Programme Support, Administration and Management.
Occasionally, UNESCO needs services provided by persons other than its own permanent staff. These temporary services enable the Organization to deal with a short-term overload of work or to bring in ad-hoc outside expertise. Temporary contracts at UNESCO fall within the following categories:
